If your question is about an order you have placed — where it is, changing it, cancelling it, or getting a refund — we cannot assist. We are an independent review site. We do not sell SugarReset, we do not process payments, and we have no access to any order record.
Refunds and order support are handled by the merchant. Their contact address is on your order confirmation email and on the official product site. Contacting us will only delay you.
